A little bit about me...

I’m a second generation realtor, which gave me an early, firsthand understanding of how much care and coordination goes into every transaction. I got started at 16, helping wherever I could in marketing, accounting, and hosting open houses. That experience gave me a behind the scenes look at how things actually work and what it really takes to take care of clients the right way. Today, I bring that same mindset into my work, helping clients navigate the process in a way that feels clear, organized, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.

Having grown up in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, I offer clients valuable local insight into the Peninsula and broader Silicon Valley market. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, real estate, and law. Combined with my real world experience, this background allows me to guide clients with clarity, structure, and a strong understanding of both the financial and strategic sides of real estate decisions.

Before fully committing to real estate, I spent two years in sales with Toyota, working with people from all walks of life and developing a client first mindset rooted in trust, communication, and long term relationship building. I have learned that trust is not about age, it is about how you show up. My clients rely on me to guide them through meaningful decisions, and that is something I take seriously.

I’m fluent in both English and Chinese, and coming from a multicultural background, I naturally connect with a diverse client base, including international and multilingual buyers and sellers. I take pride in understanding each client’s goals and providing guidance that is both strategic and personalized. If you are looking for someone to help you think through your options without feeling rushed or pressured, we will likely work well together.

I’m now based in Mountain View, where I live with my wife, Vivi, and our cat, Churro. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active, cooking (often experimenting with healthier desserts), gaming, and continuing to learn, including studying Spanish to better connect with my extended family and community.
