My journey began with a strong foundation in education, majoring in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley before transitioning to Computer Science. This academic background, along with my time working at IBM, helped refine my analytical and problem-solving skills.

My true passion for real estate was ignited during my tenure as a sales consultant at a local Porsche Dealership. Excelling in serving high-end clients, I established a reputation for being service oriented, analytical, transparent and direct. I delved deep into understanding the unique desires and needs of my clients,  as a result,  I broke the 40-year sales record for monthly sales.

Because of my previous sales experience, my transition into real estate was seamless. Leveraging my exceptional communication and negotiation skills, I assisted clients in securing their dream homes at remarkable prices. Even during the challenging times, I achieved over $10 million in sales in just over a year. In addition to English, I am also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
